Steven Lew

Research suggests two of the most stressful life events are starting a new job and purchasing a home. For over 10 years, Steven Lew assisted hundreds of senior-level professionals navigate the murky waters of a career search. As the newest member of Peers Residential, he has shifted his focus to helping clients simplify the complex home buying and selling process.

Steven is a native Washingtonian, born and raised in Upper Northwest, and attended St. Johns College High School. After graduation, he earned a Business Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and later returned home to secure his MBA from American University. As a Realtor, Steven leverages his strong business acumen, extensive knowledge of DC neighborhoods, and passion for real estate to help clients find their “place” in the world.

In his spare time, you can find Steven spending quality time with his beautiful family (wife, daughter, and two pups), socializing with friends at the hottest new establishments, and playing tennis at the Langdon Tennis Courts. As a lifelong Washingtonian, he can also be found cheering on the home team at any number of sporting events.

Jeremy Schappert

After growing up in Dublin, Ireland, and rural Maryland, Jeremy graduated from UMD College Park in 2005 and put down roots in DC. He now lives with his wife and son in Kensington. As a realtor, he brings a unique and insightful perspective. His years of experience flipping houses and building his own rental portfolio allows him to provide clients with insights they may not otherwise learn until inspection or later. Jeremy also leverages his CPA background to ensure clients get the best value. Closely following market trends gives him the ability to advise sellers on pre-listing updates that truly maximize their return. In today's uncertain environment, clients can count on Jeremy to help them navigate the real estate market with confidence.


Danielle Baird

Director of Operations

Danielle is originally from Pennsylvania spent time living in New York City before settling down in Washington, DC. An early experience in property management sparked her interest in real estate and she soon went on to become a licensed agent focusing in transaction management. Danielle has tied her passion for housing into the non-profit sector as well, working with homeless families in New York and volunteering in international housing development programs. After arriving in Washington, DC Danielle worked in the housing department of the British Embassy before coming to focus on residential real estate sales. She now lives in DC’s Southwest Waterfront neighborhood and loves taking advantage of all the city has to offer.

Cameron Austin

Marketing Associate

Cameron is a Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in communications. She worked as a journalist for the Roanoke Times before joining Compass. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing with her puppy, Tucker, and cheering on the Hokies.

Adam Glickman

Listing Associate

Adam previously worked with a real estate team for six years marketing properties, the team, and oversaw every aspect of the transaction. He comes to Compass to focus on property marketing, ensuring your property gets the best exposure. He is always up to date on the latest social media trends and tech innovations.

Nick Bravos

Designer

Nick comes to Compass after contracting for tech, insurance, and political organizations. Nick tackles each project with fresh, creative energy. Originally from MN, Nick lives in Silver Spring with his fiance, Moriah, and Beagle rescue, Archie. He is a self-crowned Upper Midwest Mario Kart 64 Champion.
