After graduating from the University of Maryland, Danielle fell in love with the DC area. For 16 years she worked as a Global Account Executive in strategic sales & operations for a publicly traded technology company, but in 2017 Danielle decided to take a leap of faith and follow her true passion for real estate.

Danielle has also spent close to a decade involved in fundraising projects in support of Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, both very dear to her heart.

Danielle is originally from Pennsylvania but spent time living in New York City before settling down in Washington, DC. An early experience in property management sparked her interest in real estate and she soon went on to become a licensed agent focusing in transaction management. Danielle has tied her passion for housing into the non-profit sector as well, working with homeless families in New York and volunteering in international housing development programs. After arriving in Washington, DC Danielle worked in the housing department of the British Embassy before coming to focus on residential real estate sales. She now lives in DC’s Southwest Waterfront neighborhood and loves taking advantage of all the city has to offer.

Sarah is a native Washingtonian, but recently moved to Bethesda, MD with her husband and two children. Prior to joining Peers Residential Sarah has worked in Public Relations, Non profits, Professional Organizing and Marketing. She is the newest hire to Peers Residential but is excited to jump right in and get started. While she loves her neighborhood, she definitely misses city life and still comes into DC as often as possible. When she’s not working you can find her exercising, taking her kids to lacrosse and other sports or going on wild adventures with her family.
Adam previously worked with a real estate team for six years marketing properties, the team and oversaw every aspect of the transaction. He comes to Compass to focus on property marketing, ensuring your property gets the best exposure. He is always up to date on the latest social media trends and tech innovations.
Kateryna builds and executes multiple marketing campaigns to help expand our real estate brand. She strategizes, executes and manages a variety of ad campaigns to market new listings from beginning to end with help from public relations, operations and real estate agent teams.
